EDITORIAL BOARD INFORMATION


We cordially invite counselors and researchers interested in the theory, research, and practice of professional counseling to participate on the editorial board of the Journal.

The editorial board is an integral part of the Journal.  The peer-review and evaluation processes provide invaluable feedback for perspective manuscript authors.  Editorial board membership affords professionals opportunities to contribute to the professional literature and assists in furthering the body of knowledge of the counseling field.  

EDITORIAL BOARD MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Responsibilities of editorial board members include completing peer-reviews of manuscripts submitted to the Journal. 
  2. Editorial board members are expected to complete and return the Reviewer Comment Form and the Manuscript Evaluation Form for their manuscripts. 
  3. Editorial board members agree to adhere to the American Counseling Association Code of Ethics.
  4. In keeping with the goals of the Journal, we encourage editorial board members to meet requested manuscript return dates and respond communications in a timely manner.
